We believe the value of technology is measured not only by what it can automate, but also by what it helps people understand, decide, and achieve.
KEYXE is a commercial software initiative operated by ALDER HARBOR IMPORTS LLC. Our human-centered approach aims to make data skills, practical learning and responsible AI workflows more approachable — while respecting privacy and the limits of authorized data use.

What “For Humanity” means
People First Is a Product Decision.
An understandable explanation can be more useful than an impressive but opaque dashboard. A small business should be able to learn what its metrics mean. An AI recommendation should be reviewable before it changes real outcomes. Privacy should be part of the product architecture, not a footnote.
Understand
Explain metrics in language people can use.
A number without a definition invites the wrong decision. ACoS and ROAS change meaning with attribution windows, ordered sales are not settled revenue, and an inventory snapshot is not a forecast. KEYXE explains each metric where it appears — with its formula and its limits — so people can judge the number for themselves instead of trusting a dashboard blindly.
Decide
Show evidence, freshness and limitations behind recommendations.
A recommendation is only as good as its evidence. We show the period, data freshness, sample size and assumptions behind a suggestion, and we show “N/A” instead of inventing a number when the data cannot support one. That makes it possible to disagree with a suggestion for a good reason — which is exactly what a careful operator should be able to do.
Control
Give authorized users clear permission and approval controls.
Authority stays with the account owner. Seller access and advertising access are separate, revocable permissions in KEYXE’s design, and any future account-changing action requires a preview and an explicit approval by an authorized person. Nothing in KEYXE changes a real account on its own, and today nothing can, because no live connection exists.
Six commitments
Our Commitments in Practice.
Each commitment has a tangible deliverable and a status read from KEYXE’s project configuration. “Available” means it exists on this site today; “In Development” and “Planned” mean it does not yet.
Available
Open Learning
Data skills should not depend on having a data-science team. We write plain-English guides to sales and advertising metrics, inventory data, MCP and permissions, with formulas you can check and worked examples that use fictional numbers. Every guide explains what a metric cannot tell you as well as what it can, and links to a calculator or demo view where you can try the idea yourself.
Guides are written from scratch, reviewed for accuracy against the metric definitions used in the KEYXE demo, and dated. Examples never use numbers from a real seller or advertiser account. Suggestions for new guides come through the community ideas form on this page.
Available
Independent Businesses
Independent sellers and small teams deserve tools they can understand. The interactive demo, glossary and calculators are free to explore without an account or an Amazon login, so anyone can practice reading sales, advertising and inventory views before relying on them. Free learning resources stay clearly separate from any future paid product, which would be described on the Pricing page.
The calculators run entirely in your browser, so the numbers you type are never sent to KEYXE. The demo uses a seeded synthetic dataset, which means anyone can reproduce and check its figures.
Available
Responsible AI
AI can draft a recommendation; a person should decide. KEYXE’s design shows the data, period and assumptions behind a suggestion, previews any account change before it happens, and requires explicit approval from an authorized user. In today’s demo, proposals are simulations only and nothing is sent to Amazon. When information is incomplete or stale, the interface says so plainly.
Moving real Amazon advertising data to an external AI provider is a separate decision that requires a policy and permissions review. It is switched off in KEYXE. The public MCP playground uses synthetic data only.
In Development
Accessible Design
Useful technology should be easier to reach. We build with semantic HTML, keyboard-first navigation, visible focus, readable contrast, reduced-motion support, labelled forms and accessible tables, and every page is tested with automated accessibility checks. We target WCAG 2.2 AA as an engineering goal. We do not claim certified conformance, and manual screen-reader testing is still on our list.
Automated checks (axe) run on every public page in the KEYXE test suite, alongside keyboard tests for menus, tabs, dialogs and forms. The reduce-motion and high-contrast switches below work site-wide.
Available
Privacy and Trust
Collect less, explain more. Public pages use no analytics or advertising trackers, demo data never leaves your browser, and every demo view and export is labeled synthetic. Forms store only what is needed to respond. Future Amazon connections would require the account owner’s explicit authorization, separately for seller and advertising data, and customer Amazon data will never become public learning material.
Requests to see, correct or delete information you submitted are handled through the Data Deletion page, with identity verification before any action.
In Development
Community Feedback
The most useful next guide or tool may be one we have not thought of. Anyone can suggest learning materials, accessibility improvements or open developer utilities through a protected form. Suggestions are reviewed privately, never published without permission, and tracked internally from received to planned or declined, so each idea has a recorded outcome.
The ideas form is built and tested. It accepts submissions once the KEYXE API is deployed with bot protection; until then the form explains that it is not yet accepting submissions on this deployment.
Free knowledge for everyone
Learn the Ideas Behind the Numbers.
Original guides with formulas, worked examples using fictional numbers, and the cautions that matter. Reading times are calculated from each guide’s text.
Calculate ACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR and conversion rate from your own numbers, explore an illustrative break-even ACoS, and see how MCP-style tools behave on synthetic data. Everything runs in your browser.
Enter your own numbers or load the example. Calculations run in your browser; nothing you type is sent anywhere. Currency is a label only — no conversion is applied.
ACoS and ROAS here use ad-attributed sales from an advertising report. Those are not your total seller sales: an order can appear in both reports, and organic orders appear in neither ad metric. Why revenue and attributed sales differ.
Enter ad spend and attributed sales to see results.
An illustrative pre-advertising contribution margin. It excludes taxes, storage, returns handling, overhead and attribution effects — it is not a complete profit calculation. Cost of goods is your own number; marketplaces do not supply it.
Enter a selling price to see the illustrative break-even ACoS.
A read-only, browser-local simulation of MCP-style tool discovery and calls on fictional data. It never calls an Amazon API and never sends what you enter to an AI provider.
AI with human oversight
AI Should Support Judgment, Not Replace Accountability.
KEYXE’s proposed AI workflows are designed to explain recommendations with context, show what data was used, and require authorization before consequential account changes. When information is incomplete, the interface should say so.
Reproducible formulas — every metric has a published definition you can recompute.
Data freshness — results carry their period and “as of” time.
Permissions — tools act only within what an account owner authorized.
Protected credentials — Amazon credentials stay server-side and are never given to an AI client.
Manual controls — a person can always stop, edit or reverse a proposal.
Security review — any write capability is reviewed before it is enabled.

04AuthorizeAn authorized person approves or rejects it.Demo: recorded in your browser

Education demo ≠ live data transfer. The playground and demo use synthetic data inside your browser. Moving live Amazon Ads data to a third-party AI provider would require a separate policy review and any necessary permissions, and it is switched off in KEYXE.
Accessibility and inclusion
Useful Technology Should Be Easier to Reach.
What is implemented on this site today:
Semantic HTML with landmarks, ordered headings and a skip link
Meaningful alt text; decorative images hidden from assistive technology
Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator
Text contrast chosen for readability, and status never shown by color alone
Mobile-responsive layouts that reflow at 200% zoom
Reduced motion respected, plus a site-wide switch
Accessible accordions, tabs, dialogs, forms and data tables
We work to a WCAG 2.2 AA test plan. That is an engineering target, not a claim of certification or full conformance — no independent audit has been done yet.
Turns off transitions and smooth scrolling across the site.
High contrast
Darkens secondary text and strengthens borders and link underlines.
Your device settings are respected automatically. These switches are remembered in this browser only.
Transparency and progress
Commitments Should Be Visible.
This table comes straight from KEYXE’s mission configuration. We show no impact counters because none have been measured; we will publish numbers only with a consented, reproducible method.
